5th International Exhibition of Botanical Art & Illustration
11 April – 15 July 1983
This exhibition featured the work of 65 artists from 12 countries. A catalogue with biographical data, portraits of the artists and reproductions of the artworks accompanied the exhibition. Collectively, the five International series catalogues were the most comprehensive record available of contemporary botanical artists and illustrators to date. Also accompanying the catalogue was Delphiniums, a full-color reproduction of a painting by Tjelda Michas, 1983, 19.5 × 28 inches .
